Why Should I Donate?
Type of Equipment
Here are some importanthings to know when donating to SharingSports.
New Equipment
Basketballs, baseballs, footballs, bowling balls, rackets you name it! Anything sports related is helpful, especially if it is brand new!
Used Equipment
Used equipment is perfectly fine! Any donation is better than none. The children will be grateful.
No Broken Equipment
If the equipment is broken, the children will not be able to play with it and therefore there isn't a need for the donation. If you can fix your broken equipment please try to.

Why Ecuador?

Translation: Last year I came to Ecuador and played with the children. I got to know them and saw how much they loved sports. But when I arrived there was not much sports equipment. This inspired me to create my club where people could donate money or sports equipment to give to the children in the villages of Ecuador.

Founder's Mission Statement
Back in 2023, I was given the opportunity to help assist a medical outreach mission to serve the local Ecuadorian villages through the Berjis foundation. Along with assisting the crew of volunteer medical staff, I accrued some time educating and playing with the local kids in these villages. After reflecting on my time there, I felt that I should be doing more to help the children in underprivileged communities. I wished to not only continue to help the people in the villages in Ecuador, but also locally in my own city. I decided to do this in a way most genuine to me, through sports. By establishing a platform to donate sports equipment, I hope to truly make an impact and give people who live in all areas a chance to discover the wonderful attributes that sports has to offer.
About Us
Hello, I am 16 years old who attends school at La Canada High School. I play basketball and run track. My hobbies include traveling and spending time with friends and family. I try to be involved and give back to the community whenever I can. My love of sports and athletics drives me to spread my passion with others who may not have the same support or resources that I do.
